The Board of Directors, which includes representatives from TX Group's holding companies alongside indepent experts, forms a pivotal decision-making body for the group. It is responsible for overseeing and guiding TX Group as it navigates through various challenges and opportunities.

Each segment is indepently managed by its CEO or Managing Director who reports to their respective Boards. The boards consist of TX Group representatives alongside indepent directors, ensuring a balanced perspective that contributes to the strategic growth and decision-making process.
At the heart of the group management structure are three core areas: Group Operations, which oversees critical functions like Finance Controlling, Resources HR, Legal Department, IT, Purchasing, and services provided by TX Services in Belgrade; Group Communications Sustnability, focusing on Corporate Communications, Investor Relations, Media Relations, Public Affrs, and Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives; and Group Development, encompassing Strategy Development, Mergers Acquisitions, Tech Transformation efforts, Data strategies, Market Research activities, and the ventures division TX Ventures, which plays a vital role in fostering fintech startup investments.
This division of managerial responsibility across different levels ensures internal checks and balances while mntning a streamlined organizational structure.
